The fine print, kept fair

• Referral reward is strictly limited to 10% of the net design & development fee actually received by BrightFrame Digital, calculated after deducting all taxes (GST/VAT), payment-gateway charges, third-party licences, hosting, domain, ad spend, subcontractor and any pass-through costs.
• Total payout per referred project is capped at ₹50,000 (or USD 600 equivalent), whichever is lower. Under no circumstance will BrightFrame Digital pay more than 10% of net receipts or the cap, whichever is lower.
• Reward applies only to the first signed engagement with a referred client. Renewals, retainers, change-requests, upsells, add-ons and future projects are not eligible for additional payout.
• The referred client must be a genuinely new customer with no prior contact, quote or discussion with BrightFrame Digital in the previous 12 months. Duplicate or overlapping referrals are honoured only for the first valid introduction received.
• Payout is released only after the client has cleared payments totalling at least 50% of the invoiced project value, and is processed within 30 business days of that milestone via bank transfer (India) or Wise/PayPal (international), net of applicable transaction fees.
• If a project is refunded, cancelled, discounted, disputed, charged-back or written off in part or full, the corresponding referral reward is reduced pro-rata or reclaimable by BrightFrame Digital.
• Self-referrals, referrals by current or past employees/contractors, referrals routed via paid ads, coupon/cashback sites, or misleading channels are not eligible. GST, TDS and any applicable taxes on the reward are the sole responsibility of the referrer.
• Referrer must be 18 years or older and legally competent to receive a commercial payout in their jurisdiction. Valid ID and PAN/tax details are required before any reward is released; incomplete documentation will forfeit the reward.
• This programme, and any dispute arising from it, is governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. BrightFrame Digital reserves the sole right to verify, approve, amend, pause or terminate this programme at any time without notice, and all decisions on eligibility and payout amount are final and binding.
